Terms of Service
Last updated 19 September 2026
Beta notice. GTS Trading is in private beta and these terms reflect that. They have not yet been reviewed by a solicitor and will be replaced before general release.
1. What GTS is
GTS Trading is software that reads your own trading history from your broker and analyses it. It shows you patterns in how you trade, records how your stop-loss and take-profit levels changed, checks what those changes did against real market data, and provides written coaching based on that record.
2. What GTS is not
GTS is not a broker, an investment manager, a financial adviser, a signal provider or a copy-trading service. We do not tell you what to trade. We do not execute trades. Nothing in the product is a personal recommendation or financial advice.
We make no promise that using GTS will make you profitable, and any claim to the contrary is not authorised by us.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You must own, or be properly authorised to use, the trading account you connect.
4. Your account
Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Connecting your broker
You connect cTrader yourself, through cTrader’s own authorisation process. That connection is read-only: GTS can read your trading activity and cannot place, change or close trades, or move money. You can revoke our access at any time from your cTrader account, or by asking us.
6. Accuracy of analysis
GTS works from the data your broker provides and from market data retrieved after your trades close. We take care to be accurate and to state plainly when something cannot be verified — but:
- Analysis of what “would have happened” describes what the price chart did. It is not a guarantee of what your position would have achieved, because real orders are affected by spread, slippage and liquidity.
- Monetary figures may be labelled as estimates. Where they are, treat them as indicative.
- Broker data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and our analysis inherits that.
Decisions you take remain entirely yours.
7. Beta service
During beta, the service is provided as-is. Features may change, break or be withdrawn, and data may occasionally be lost. Please do not rely on GTS as your only record of your trading.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another user’s data.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
- Do not resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement.
- Do not represent GTS output as financial advice or as a promise of profit.
9. Fees
GTS is free during beta. If we introduce charges, we will tell you in advance and you will be able to decline and stop using the service.
10. Intellectual property
We own the software and everything in it. You own your trading data, your journal entries and your trading plan. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you.
11. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of GTS. GTS is an analysis tool; the trading decisions are yours.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using GTS at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if we stop offering the service.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
